This 1920’s vintage home had an unused deck over the front porch and cramped bedrooms behind it. Our brief was to create a generous master suite by expanding onto the deck. The design retained the style of the original Craftsman home, introducing a high ceiling over the master bedroom, generous light and windows, and an elegant master bathroom with a soaking tub to relax and view Lake Washington and Mt Rainier with a glass of wine.
