The original lobby for this downtown condo building looked like an afterthought, hardly the best first impression for visitors. Our new lobby interiors introduced warm wood panels and slate tile floors to offset the concrete elevator core, new seating with bright colored fabric, reworked the entrance security and created a fold away doorman’s desk, and added a new mail area giving residents larger boxes with package storage. A custom metal counter on the back wall provided a base for the changing weekly flower display.
