LESCHI HOUSE | SEATTLE, WASHINGTON

Effective planning allowed us to place this new home design on the existing foundation of a cramped 1930’s house. Located just one block away from Lake Washington, our design was greatly influenced by the beauty of house's surroundings. With primary view orientation to the lake, we developed an open plan on the main level with a generous kitchen, dining, and living room area flooded with natural light. The master suite takes full advantage of the views, including a small cocktail deck off the bedroom and a soaking tub in an angled bay window, aimed right at Mt Rainier.
