DONNALLY ARCHITECTS

LESCHI HOUSE | SEATTLE, WA

We used the existing foundation of a cramped little 1930’s house to build a new two story home just a block up the hill from the west shore of Lake Washington.  With primary view orientation to the lake, we developed an open plan main level with a generous kitchen, dining, and living room area flooded with natural light from front and rear.  The master suite takes full advantage of the upper floor facing the lake, including a small cocktail deck off the bedroom and a soaking tub in an angled bay window, aimed right at Mt Rainier.
